Vaccine Tax to Fund the U.S. Deficit?
Catherine J. Frompovich,
ContributorActivist PostMany advocates of vaccine safety often wonder why there’s such a push on
mandating vaccines for everyone, especially children as young as
newborns. Well, there may be a method to Uncle Sam’s bureaucratic
madness; it’s to be found in taxes placed on vaccines.
In the weeks leading up to the Christmas 2012 holidays, some members of
Congress got antsy about making certain the push to have everyone
vaccinated against the flu would also entitle Uncle Sam to a special tax
on each flu shot.
Two bills were introduced into Congress: H.R. 6687 in the House of
Representatives and S.3716 in the Senate. The House bill stated it was
introduced

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
include vaccines against seasonal influenza within the definition of
taxable vaccines.
Even though the House bill died in
committee at the end of the 112th Congress, the Senate version was
reintroduced January 2, 2013 by Democrat Max Baucus and Republican Orrin
Hatch. The new bill was passed by unanimous consent in the Senate and
immediately sent to the House for passage. A real fast track piece of
legislation, I’d say. A sleeper too, that not many people know about.
However, there is specific language in the Senate
bill taxing "(N) Any trivalent vaccine against influenza or any other
vaccine against seasonal influenza." Along with “The amount of the tax
imposed by subsection (a) shall be 75 cents per dose of any taxable
vaccine.”
Now here, I think, is the economics of all this that possibly was
suggested by the Supreme Court ruling that ObamaCare was a tax, not
healthcare per se. The CDC projects that 135 million doses of flu
vaccine will be dispensed this season alone, which will guarantee about
$100 Million in flu vaccine tax that will be deposited into the Vaccine
Injury Compensation Trust Fund.
But here’s the kicker according to Jeryl Bier of Speak With Authority [1]

Although the taxes raised by the vaccine tax
go into a 'trust fund,' this trust fund, like most government trust
funds, is on paper only. According to the most recent report on the
fund,
November 2012, the balance in the fund is nearly $3.5 billion. (Since the program's inception in 1988, the fund has paid out only
$2.5 billion in 25 years for cases involving all vaccines, not just the flu vaccine. The
balance in the fund could conceivably last another 25 years with no
further tax revenue.)
The $3.5 billion balance, of course, is
'invested' in 'US Treasury Securities.' In other words, financing a
portion of the $16.5 trillion national debt.” [
CJF emphasis added]
Now
the very real clandestine reason for all these vaccine mandates seems
to rear its ugly head and fall into line for me, at least.
Vaccines/vaccinations provide additional taxes, which help finance the
current deficit spending by the Obama Administration and others before
him, similar to how the Social Security Fund has been ravaged and left
with nothing but IOUs.
As an afterthought, is vaccine tax money invested in U.S. Treasury
Securities the reason why it’s so hard for children and families who
have been injured and damaged by vaccines to receive compensation from
the review process by the vaccine court?
That
vaccine fund money apparently has to support deficit spending rather
than go to vaccine-damaged children, the original Congressional intent.
What a shame! And now the feds are mandating that everyone 6 months
and older get the flu vaccine.
Boy, there really seems to be a method to their madness. I think it’s a
money-making racket, and not the public’s health and safety, because
vaccines do cause damage—just check out the CDC/FDA’s VAERS reporting
system with over three hundred thousand adverse events reported.
However, now that we know what one of the apparent reasons for vaccine
mandates probably is, we still need to know what’s behind all the
neurotoxins and toxic chemicals they inject into infants, toddlers, and
adults with each vaccine. Those unhealthful, life-ruining toxins still
need to be investigated as to their real reason(s) for being in
vaccines. But that’s my opinion. What do you think?
