Bill Gates and The WHO Team Up To Counter Negative Stigma Attached To Vaccines With Public Surveillance System

It should be a very encouraging and a positive sign for anti-vaccine advocates when international funding agencies start to invest in surveillance projects focused on monitoring and detection of public concerns around vaccines. It means they're scared and they should be. The world is sharply dividing on the issue and it appears those on the fence are rapidly joining one side--and it's not the side the vaccinators would have hoped for.


Just last month, The Lancet published: “New global surveillance tool detects and monitors public concerns about vaccines in real time and could help boost vaccine uptake,” which consisted of research from a group anthropologists who are members of the Vaccine Confidence Project tasked with establishing the primary goal of a global surveillance system to detect emerging public opinions about vaccines.

The project is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization (WHO).

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have been focused on reducing the population of poorer countries through the promotion of killer drugs such as Depo-Provera. The foundation is partnering with the British government to raise $4 billion to finance their birth control plan by 2020. This is under the guise of family planning. The foundation is also known to fund an NGO committed to children vaccination known as Gavi. This vaccine has been used on children in Malawi, India and Pakistan. In Malawi, these kids were vaccinated at gunpoint in 2011; Non-polio paralysis struck some of the kids that were vaccinated ( Posel, S. 2012).

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is committing 10 billion dollars over the next ten years to make it the most aggressive decade ever to roll out new vaccines to poor nations around the world. The commitment will also effectively create widespread fertility problems across vaccinated populations.

In 2010, Gates told an audience of more than 2,000 at a TED conference that if we could register every worldwide birth on a cell phone we could ensure vaccination and control population growth. "The world today has 6.8 billion people...That's headed up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on vaccines, healthcare, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent."

The Goals of the Vaccine Confidence Project are To Spy and Collect Data

The primary goal of the Vaccine Confidence Project will be accomplished by utilizing a diagnostic tool to data collected via a determination of the risk level of public concerns in terms of their potential to disrupt vaccine programs.

This initiative is also defining a Vaccine Confidence Index (VCI) as a tool for countries. This will be based on an analysis and guidance system for early response and engagement with the public to ensure sustained confidence in vaccines, specifically by detecting public concerns early.

The group claims on their website:

"Despite the historic success of immunization in reducing the burden of childhood illness and death, episodes of public concerns and rumors around vaccines have occurred around the world, spreading quickly and sometimes seriously eroding public confidence in immunization and ultimately leading to vaccine refusals and disease outbreaks."

The reason the public now lacks confidence in vaccines has nothing to do with rumors, but facts. We have nothing but facts to support every shred of evidence relating to the ineffectiveness of vaccines and an increasing number of nations are listening.

Just a few weeks ago, Japan's health ministry issued a nationwide notice that cervical cancer vaccinations should no longer be recommended for girls due to several hundred adverse reactions to the vaccines reported.

There is now irrefutable evidence which shows that historical application of vaccines has had no health benefit or impact on the prevention of infectious disease.

There are now millions of educated and informed groups of people that will stop and nothing to expose the dangers of vaccinations. Their numbers are growing by the day and the undecided fence sitters are cumulating in the anti-vaccine camps in far larger numbers than their conventional counterparts.

Anti-vaccine supporters are finally coming to realize that they must eliminate their misinformation and misinterpretations that vaccines are the primary cause of autism, because they aren't. This has only hindered progress in the advancement and awareness on the dangers of vaccination. It has been impossible to conclusively link vaccines as the primary cause of autism and there's a good reason for that since there are now an established multitude of other factors involved, such as the abundance of toxins and pollutants in our foods, environment and the obvious genetic predisposition which can no longer be denied. Two key problems in autism unrelated to the brain yet clearly associated with the condition have recently been identified and both linked with Monsanto's glyphosate products: gut dysbiosis, and disrupted sulfur metabolism/impaired sulfate transport.

Those opposing vaccination are now seeing the big picture. That it's not so much vaccines that are the primary problem, but part of the greater problem of body pollution. They are becoming more educated, informed and extremely knowledgeable--the vaccinators of course are hating this so they must introduce some type of surveillance system in a desperate attempt to assess risk levels of growing skepticism relating to vaccine programs including potential programme disruptions and vaccine refusals.

So what will this surveillance system look like? You can bet on a very sophisticated internet based spy network that will listen for early signals of public distrust, reported side effects and questioning of vaccines within in the largest social media and health-based outlets to provide an in-depth risk analysis to help them intercept and engage the public early to pre-empt potential program disruptions.
