A Preventable Tragedy: HPV Vaccines

Recently, Sandy Lunoe of Sweden wrote an article [1] with parsing remarks about the Gardasil® vaccine that a former medical doctor, who worked for Merck & Company—the vaccine’s manufacturer, made concerning a vaccine that has damaged thousands and apparently killed hundreds. According to the CDC’s VAERS reporting system – and as posted on the SaneVax website – there were 159 deaths attributed to HPV vaccines up to February 2014 along with 558 abnormal pap smears, 238 cervical dysplasias, and 75 cervical cancers, the very health problems the HPV vaccines, according to Big Pharma, the CDC and FDA, were supposed to prevent, plus other troubling statistics. [2]

In her article, “Gardasil: Are you paying for your own bullet,” Ms. Lunoe draws a comparison between Merck’s Vioxx that was a ‘blockbuster killer’ pain management pharmaceutical that finally was taken off the market after Merck’s coming to a $23 Million class action legal settlement. [3] However, such legal actions cannot be taken against Gardasil® because of the 1986 law [4] the U.S. Congress passed that gave vaccine makers “a get out of jail free” card, which absolved them of any and all liabilities for damages vaccines cause—including death!

Sandy states:

According to Dr. Dalbergue the pharmaceutical industry has hardened considerably during the last decade, as shown by increased violations of ethics, manipulation of clinical trial data, widespread corruption, gross conflicts of interest and generally less emphasis on pharmacovigilance.

The anti-inflammatory drug Vioxx, where Merck hid evidence for years about the dangers, is but one example of the industry’s ethical degradation. Tens of thousands of deaths due to cardiovascular complications were caused by Vioxx before it was removed from the market. Merck then made a change in the molecule of the active substance in Vioxx and produced a replacement drug, Arcoxia which is widely marketed and is suspected of possibly being as dangerous as Vioxx.

When Gardasil first appeared on the market it was said by many that the vaccine was “Merck’s new Vioxx”. Some interpreted this as implying that the vaccine would be a new blockbuster. Others suspected that it meant that Gardasil would, like Vioxx, be a scandal involving tens of thousands of injuries and many deaths across the world.

Tragically, there are signals that Dr. Dalbergue’s prediction may become true. [1]

Readers will note what Dr. Diane Harper, who worked on Gardasil®, has to say:

Diane Harper is one of the most significant HPV experts in the world. She is responsible for clinical studies of effect and safety prior to Gardasil approval.

Diane H: “We have evidence that they prevent cervical pre-cancers. We don’t yet have any evidence that the vaccines last long enough to really prevent a cervical cancer. Merck has used fear tactics of making parents believe that their child would get cervical cancer if they did not get this vaccine and that is incorrect. Those inferences are incorrect.” [5] [CJF emphasis added]

However, Chris Shaw, PhD, offered this information:

Chris Shaw: “There’s no such evidence that it will protect against cervical cancer. None. To date, we don’t know that the vaccine has prevented any case of cervical cancer, let alone 70% of them. We just don’t know. It could be true, but I don’t think that the evidence is yet there and we won’t know for years if it’s there.” [5] [CJF emphasis added]

What IS known and verified from the CDC’s VAERS reporting system (February 2014) is this:

558 abnormal pap smears, 238 cervical dysplasias, and 75 cervical cancers

that indicate HPV vaccine failures – just like happens with all the other vaccines touted to prevent diseases. Those who are vaccinated are the very ones who contract and spread those ‘vaccine protected’ diseases by a high percentage, i.e., 90 percent or more of those who contract ‘vaccine protected’ diseases are fully vaccinated! So, how dangerous are vaccinated people to the spread of disease?

Currently, information going round the Internet talks about “Measles Mary” a fully-vaccinated 22-year-old New York City theater worker who spread measles! Supposedly, that’s the first documented case! From under what pile of vaccine BS have they finally crawled out – finally – to issue an honest report?

In March 2014 I wrote a blog “Mumps Breakout in Ohio May Prove Something” regarding the spread of mumps in Ohio wherein I said,

Statistically, that’s 96.4% of those who contracted mumps, which is not an anomaly since in any outbreaks of communicable infectious diseases for which there are vaccines, 90% or more consistently are the very ones who contract the disease. The above examples showing HPV, measles, and mumps vaccine failures ought to demonstrate the scientific need for a movement to ban vaccines since fully-vaccinated persons actually SPREAD disease in more ways than one can imagine, especially by shedding post-vaccination. Here are some examples:

Vaccine ineffectiveness is nothing new; it’s been going on since day one! The only problem is that the Pharma and medical propaganda machines have been working overtime – and effectively – about how vaccines reduced communicable diseases – not so! Getting back to HPV vaccine horrors, readers may be interested in listening to a recent Sallie O. Elkordy interview with SaneVax president Norma Erickson and SaneVax Secretary Freda Birrell wherein they discuss what’s going on in various countries in the European Union and South America regarding the rejection of HPV vaccines and law suits that can be filed, including one with manslaughter charges in France, since countries have not disenfranchised their citizens from recourse to Big Pharma regarding vaccines as the U.S. Congress in the USA did in 1986.

It’s time that the get-out-of-jail-free gift-card Congress gave Big Pharma is retracted, or possibly, all those harmed by vaccines ought to consider filing a class action lawsuit against Congress for denying them their legal right to legal recourse for tort damages.
