This announcement by the corrupt US administration in collusion with their shadow government department FEMA is a dead giveaway as to what they’ll be wreaking on Americans this coming season. Thanks to terrific HAARP/EMF and chemtrail technology awareness and monitoring by the alternative community we’ll be able to spot these geoengineered weather weapons in use better than ever this year, even providing an early warning system.
They’ll of course have to make sure these devastating storms happen now, so keep your eyes peeled.
Their bogus “forecast” is below the video, and it’s all due to “carbon emissions” of course, blaming what nature and humanity naturally produce and is vital for life on our planet.
What’s even stranger is that the weather channel, owned and manipulated by state corporations, even says that NOAA predicts a light hurricane season while TWC only bumps it up to average, citing the effects of El Niño’s warming in the pacific.
Note the current in the winds generated by El Niño that should normally moderate the climate. These are the types of currents, like the jet stream, they’re able to steer using weather control technology. If things go awry it could very well be using that natural stream and getting it to converge with manipulated currents from elsewhere, which is usually done over major population centers as they’ve done many times before.

A more “resilient infrastructure” is Orwellian newspeak for more draconian actions and controls, as we all know. They could even start to instate these ahead of time using this fabricated excuse.
And What IS FEMA?
That pretty much sums it up. These are the same dark forces setting up internment camps and who’ve abused and ravaged every post-catastrophe to date. Research more if this is new to you. It’s the same rollout as Agenda 21 to claim more territory and concentrate populations into controllable groups, trying to make these engineered catastrophes, like false flags, appear “natural” or “spontaneous” and out of control and to make the unaware cry out to the government for help…who will be more than happy to shove whatever they want right down their throats.
