Are Noctilucent Clouds Space Chemtrails?

Here’s another scientific “anomaly” for which we can’t expect a
straight answer. While it is apparently “puzzling scientists” we’re no
doubt given hardly any information on what’s going on in the overt and
covert space programs.

So what do you expect us to think when we read science reports like this:

these clouds as seen by astronauts on board the International Space
Station. Also called polar mesospheric clouds, these clouds are puzzling

considered rare, but now the clouds are growing brighter, are seen more
frequently, are visible at lower and lower latitudes than ever before,
and sometimes they are even appearing during the day.

There is quite a bit of debate for the cause of noctilucent clouds.
Dust from meteors, global warming, and rocket exhaust have all been
tagged as contributors, but the latest research suggests that changes in
atmospheric gas composition or temperature has caused the clouds to
become brighter over time.” Source

Here’s the video from the International Space Station showing a time
lapse shot of these “clouds”. Notice the entire atmosphere is
incandescent due to the chemtrail bombardment over the years. Is it any
wonder these particles would also make it to higher altitudes?..never
mind the possibility that the mad scientists are spraying at even higher
altitudes?


Meet CARE - the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment(s)


Besides the ongoing toxic chemtrail program, we also know there have
been experiments spraying metallic particles in the way upper atmosphere
under the name of the Cloud of CARE, some type of experimental aerosol
dispersal supposedly to test atmospheric conditions.

Night Time Artificial Cloud Study Using NASA Sounding Rocket

“A rocket experiment that may shed light on the highest clouds in the
Earth’s atmosphere was conducted from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in
Virginia on September 19, 2009. The experiment was launched on a NASA
Black Brant XII Sounding Rocket.

The Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE) was conducted by the
Naval Research Laboratory and the Department of Defense Space Test
Program using a NASA four-stage Black Brant XII suborbital sounding
rocket. Using ground based instruments and the STP/NRL STPSat-1
spacecraft, scientists will study an artificial noctilucent cloud formed
by the exhaust particles of the rocket’s fourth stage at about 173
miles altitude.

Data collected during the experiment will provide insight into the
formation, evolution, and properties of noctilucent clouds, which are
typically observed naturally at high latitudes. In addition to the
understanding of noctilucent clouds, scientists will use the experiment
to validate and develop simulation models that predict the distribution
of dust particles from rocket motors in the upper atmosphere.

Natural noctilucent clouds, also known as polar mesospheric clouds,
are found in the upper atmosphere as spectacular displays that are most
easily seen just after sunset. The clouds are the highest clouds in
Earth’s atmosphere, located in the mesosphere around 50 miles altitude.

They are normally too faint to be seen with the naked eye and are
visible only when illuminated by sunlight from below the horizon while
the Earth’s surface is in darkness.” Source

Sound Fishy Enough to You?


I personally don’t put anything past these insane bastards. That
they’d spray that far out to keep the sun’s healing rays from hitting
earth under the all encompassing pretense of global warming, a lie that
even fooled their own crowd, is no surprise at all.

At the least, the overdose of chemtrails around the world could
certainly have this effect. Something is off and someone knows why.

I don’t know. I’m no scientist or super-duper insider. I just know
how to smell a rat in this sci-fi cover up on the planet earth we’re
living on. Conveniently, just a few are in charge. Especially in the
ministry of information.

They lie.
