The blatantly false theory that CO2 will kill our planet is a dangerous hypothesis with no basis in scientific fact or in physical reality but such a dangerous adherance to such a cult of collective idiocy will be the death of us all... If we let it happen

That’s quite a lot of bags of hot air of which The Guardian is extremely proficient at emitting.
1.9% of 1.57% equates to a drop of 0.02983 reducing the UK’s alleged CO2 output to 1.54017% of global CO2 emissions.The UK’s CO2 emissions allegedly equate to 1.57% of global emissions.
It may be beneficial to show exactly what this astronomical 2% ‘reduction’ equates to. A fairly simple calculation is set out below…
Human activity is alleged to be responsible for approximately 3% of atmospheric CO2.
Total CO2 in the atmosphere equates to 0.039% of all atmospheric gases.
Human activity therefore contributes 3% of 0.039% equating to 0.00117%
The UK’s alleged CO2 emissions prior to the perceived astronomical ‘reduction’ thus equates to 1.57% of 0.00117%
This equates to 0.000018369% of global human activity produced CO2 emissions.
The UK’s alleged ‘reduction’ of 1.9% equates to…. Wait for it…. 0.00000034901% of all human activity produced CO2.
That was worth holding your breath for, wasn’t it?

The Guardian is citing this ‘reduction’ as a major success in the fight against a decent summer having proclaimed in bold print today that we were 2% (rounded up from 1.9% but the green cult is good at massaging figures in their favour) further towards the safer end of a catastrophic and life giving long hot summer.
They are of course no strangers to the advocation of globalist warming policy and worshipful devotees of the thoroughly dishonest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Their cult leader, railway engineer and part –time pornographic novel writer Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, is also a revered cult God. The Guardian is no shrinking violet when it comes to pornography either with two of its columnists, Charlie Skelton and Victoria Coren, more than a little proud of their hardcore porn production careers. The film is about the sexual exploits of a pair of identical twins and titled, 'Once More With Feeling'. Make of that what you will. They even wrote a book on it, which The Guardian promoted. They also seem to enjoy promoting rather dubious sexually explicit material on a regular basis.

This celebratory carbon ‘reduction’ comes in the same week that we’re being told that we can look forward to one, if not the, longest, hottest summer on record with The Express particularly enthusiastic about the prospects of 120 continual days of blazing sunshine, which they seem certain are coming our way.
I will hold my breath in eager anticipation and thus reduce my personal CO2 emissions by another minute quantity, although if I hold it permanently my CO2 and my carbon feet prints will cease to exist and never tread again on this green and pleasant land and thus give the Green Party and other eco-activists further cause to organize a Soviet style collective celebratory extravaganza, with tons of fantastic fireworks and 5 star nibbles as an enemy of the Earth, a ‘denialist’, bites the proverbial drought ridden dustbowl.

Apparently, a long hot summer is now categorized as an ‘extreme’ weather event in much the same way as snow in winter or rain in spring in now seen as a seasonal abnormality.

Global Warming Snow ~ Makes perfect sense right?
 
Perhaps the climate has a mental illness or it’s the weather forecasters who have lost all sense of reality, but I remember as a child, and I’m now 50, that we had warmer and colder weather and none of this was ever classed as ‘extreme’ or even in the slightest unusual. But then, we didn’t have the plethora of scaremongering media organisations willing to tout such ridiculous propaganda and therefore ordinary people simply got on with their lives and took sensible precautions when weather was too hot or too cold for comfort. This simply involved taking sensible precautions such as covering up in hot, direct sunshine or wrapping up in sub-zero temperatures.
Joking aside, the fact that CO2 emissions have allegedly been reduced, needs to be looked at in the context of an overall fall in global economic output rather than any attempt by governments who have signed up to carbon reducing lunacy encouraging them to shout from their solar paneled rooftops that they’ve brought this about through the use of windmills etc.
Nothing could be more blatantly fallacious.

This has clearly nothing to do with reducing CO2 emissions as they have increased hugely since the implementation of The Lima Declaration and other globalist policies from the UN; in particular, UN Agenda 21.
This real reduction in energy producing capacity, and the subsequent privatization of the energy sector, has led to huge increases in energy costs, not necessarily to the multinational corporate providers, but to the end user, namely the general public and businesses. This is not a ‘conspiracy theory’; this is documented fact.
It should come as no surprise that a consequence of this is that people and employers are trying desperately to reduce their energy usage, not because they want to but because they have to, simply to stay competitive in their business capacity, or in the case of the ordinary person, because in many cases it has now become a choice between eating and heating.

The costs of simply trying to keep businesses functioning and homes heated has of course impacted on the more vulnerable in our society with many unable to pay for the basic necessities of life and having to borrow from, in the form of such ‘loan sharking payday loans’ simply to stay alive.

Just when the increasing large numbers of those living on subsistence levels of income, whether paid in benefits or on low salaries, thought it couldn't get any worse, it now transpires that a cap is to be put on the welfare budget thus taking no account of or consideration of the needs of people.
This clearly means that regardless of the numbers requiring financial help in terms of benefits, including those unable to work, those retired on state pensions or simply those needing help to pay their increasing rents and utility bills, there will be less money to go round which will obviously create further poverty and misery for many more as the economy continues to decline.

We are not children to be scolded and cajoled with promises of carrots and the threat of big sticks. It’s about time that the general public woke up and realised that our politicians do not work for us, regardless of what colour of tie or rosette they choose to wear, and that they are ‘all in it together’ as it were.
Responsibility comes with age and maturity and with that comes wisdom.
