FDA approves double the aluminum in new Gardasil vaccine




(NaturalHealth365) As the HPV vaccine controversy continues to smolder, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has given the green light to a new version of the controversial vaccine – this one containing an alarmingly high level of aluminum, a known neurotoxin. In its hurry to approve the vaccine, the FDA also bypassed a critical safety step.
In its letter of approval to Merck, the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) committee approved the Gardasil 9 vaccine, stating it felt no need to refer the pharmaceutical giant’s application to the Vaccines and Related Biological application to the Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), charged with reviewing and evaluating data on the effectiveness, appropriate use, and safety of vaccines.

Proponents of the latest version of the HPV vaccine claim it surpasses earlier versions by protecting against nine strains of the HPV virus. But, the new virus may also surpass earlier versions when it comes to vaccine dangers. It contains double the amount of aluminum contained in previous versions of the vaccine.
The dangers of aluminum are well-documented and difficult to dispute. Well over 1,600 scientific documents and peer-reviewed published papers have confirmed the dangers of aluminum toxicity in humans.
Previous forms of the Gardasil vaccine have already been associated with young women dying suddenly, soon after receiving the vaccine. It has also been associated with other serious side effects, including the development of autoimmune diseases, sometimes leading to permanent disability.
Does the risk of disease really outweigh the danger of vaccinations?
Dr. Mark Geier, MD, and Dr. David Geier, PhD, Institute of Chronic Illnesses, Inc., published an analysis in October 2014 of the relationship between Gardasil and certain autoimmune diseases. They found the HPV vaccine was associated with several cases of either onset or exacerbation of autoimmune diseases.
The time-worn argument that any health risk caused by a vaccine, including the HPV vaccine, is far outweighed by lives saved is becoming increasingly difficult for vaccine proponents to argue in light of the growing mountain of evidence showing otherwise.
World Health Organization data shows the current age-standardized death rate from cervical cancer is actually 2.5 times lower than the rate of serious complications due to reactions from the vaccine, as reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. In the Netherlands, the risk of serious adverse reaction is four times greater than the age-standardized death rate from cervical cancer.
The HPV vaccine is linked to a higher risk of disability and premature death.
Over the years, the HPV vaccine has been linked to more cases of death, disability and other serious side effects than can be traced to any other vaccine, fueling the HPV vaccine controversy. Analysis of research conducted by Merck itself showed patients who had already been exposed to certain HPV strains prior to immunization were at a 44.6 percent increased risk of developing precancerous lesions – or worse – if administered the HPV vaccine.
Even the package insert for Gardasil 9 notes that clinical studies completed on Gardasil 9 found 2.3 percent of those taking part in clinical trials reported having an adverse reaction linked to the vaccine. This compares to 2.5 percent in clinical studies of earlier versions of the vaccine.
The package insert goes on to say that a total of 10 deaths occurred across trials for both vaccines, but claims none of the deaths were associated with the vaccine. Among the causes of death, however, were those due to cerebral hemorrhage and gastric cancer.
