My recent article World Health Organization Needs Its Head Examined Regarding Vaccine Adverse Events prompted an email from one of the vaccine researchers I network with which stated, “There have been many times that both medical doctors and even veterinarians have demanded WHO be investigated for criminal charges linked to conflict. Here is one such time,” and two Word files were attached which become the basis for this article.

French doctor Marc Girard – called as a [sic] expert medical witness in a trial over the deaths of people in France who took a Baxter vaccination against hepatitis B on the recommendation of WHO — says on his website that WHO is just as much a captive of commerical [sic] interests today as in the case of hepatitis B when he called for criminal charges to be brought against WHO.

During the “swine flu outbreak” Dr. Girard reprinted one of his open letters to the WHO’s Director General in which he claimed there was evidence of “criminal malfeasance” when it came to WHO’s activities.  That open letter was published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons (2005; 11: 22-3).

There is an urgent need for an independent inquiry about the process leading WHO to recommend measures favorable to drug makers interests, even when they are based on scientifically irrelevant or falsified information. It is time to differentiate between the interest of world health and that of WHO’s experts.

In the section “Hepatitis B Epidemiology,” Dr. Girard says,

In February 2004 I read correspondence from an Indian colleague on the fallacies of the data disseminated by WHO about the epidemiology of hepatitis B in his country. Although not well informed about the health situation in India, I was struck by the fact that the mechanisms of the deception as described in this letter (lack of references, inappropriate extrapolations, and gross exaggerations) were exactly comparable to those I observed in my own country. The results were also the same: a plea of “experts” to include hepatitis B vaccination in the national vaccination program, in spite of its cost and its unprecedented toxicity. There are stunning fallacies underlying this plea for universal vaccination. [CJF emphasis]

Hep B vaccine is given to newborn infants as young as one hour old or within 24 hours of birth!  Inoculating a neonate with such toxins as found in Hep B vaccines should be considered nothing short of child abuse and criminally prosecuted!  That vaccine is NOT even applicable since Hep B is contracted by unprotected sexual activity and by using dirty/contaminated/shared recreational drug needles.  A newborn certainly won’t be a candidate for either activity for at least 15 years!  So why give the Hepatitis B vaccine on the very first day of life and then several times again in the CDC vaccine schedule?
In the section “Hepatitis B Vaccine Safety,” we find this:

Five years later, in order to put an end to the public concerns raised by the first leaks of my own judicial reports, the French agency prepared an “international consensus conference,” without even informing the researchers who documented the unusual hazards of this vaccine, or the person whose work sparked it (this author). Its conclusions have nevertheless become a major element of WHO (and the CDC) argumentation about the safety of hepatitis B vaccine.

Under the section “Avian Influenza,” we read this disturbing information:

Specialists are currently challenging WHO for turning a veterinary issue into a medical one and thereby preventing national agencies from taking appropriate measures concerning animals, which probably would have been far more efficient in limiting the spread of epidemics. Additionally, the figures concerning fatalities related to influenza vaccination, together with the problem of underreporting, suggest that up until now, irresponsible influenza vaccination has killed far more people than avian influenza. [CJF emphasis]

It seems the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) apparently work together as a ‘team’ to promote Big Pharma’s toxic wares—vaccines, in particular! 

That ‘partnership’ needs to be investigated, especially since both agencies have been accused of “scientific flaws or criminal misconduct.”
The CDC has a notorious ‘pedigree’ in the criminal misconduct arena.  Here are a few we know of:

• June 2000 the Simpsonwood Conference where 52 Big Pharma and the WHO representative powwowed with the CDC to negate CDC epidemiologist Verstraeten’s findings that vaccines DO CAUSE autism! [1-2]
  
• Fraudulent Danish study by Poul Thorsen wherein he and CDC principles colluded to exclude pertinent information and to use information they were not legally entitled to use in the study. Plus, Thorsen defrauded the CDC out of $1 to $2 MILLION and has numerous indictments against him.

“In 2009, when CDC discovered that Thorsen never applied for the IRB approvals, staff did not report the errors and retract the studies. Rather, FOIA documents show that CDC supervisors ignored the missteps and covered up the illegal activity.”

• The 2004 “DeStefano Study” that CDC whistleblower epidemiologist William Thompson, PhD, revealed to Brain Hooker, PhD, who has a vaccine-injured, autistic son. Thompson’s revelations of the fraud and collusion the CDC committed by destroying pertinent data sets that the MMR vaccine caused autism in young black boys under three years of age is verified in the documentary VAXXED, From Cover-up to Catastrophe.
  
• The CDC’s “swine flu” debacle of 1976

What did materialize were cases of a rare side effect thought to be linked to the shot. The unexpected development cut short the vaccination effort — an unprecedented national campaign — after 10 weeks.
The episode triggered an enduring public backlash against flu vaccination, embarrassed the federal government and cost the director of the U.S. Center for Disease Control, now known as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, his job.

It would seem there are deliberate hidden influences and motives at play regarding vaccines, Big Pharma, the CDC and FDA, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI and the WHO.
